Ordering

Shopping on the Cars For Hope Store is safe.  Personal information you provide to us is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

Orders on our website are subject to the required stock availability.  Products added to your cart are not reserved for you, and are available for sale to other customers browsing the website at the same time.

When you have placed your order, stock will be reserved for you.  However, this does not signify acceptance of your order; only that we have received it.  Orders are not finalised until payment is successfully received and the parcel is dispatched from us.

Currency

Pricing and currency for all products and services are displayed in AUD.

GST is not payable on any goods or services delivered within Australia.

Checkout

You can add and remove products from your cart before checkout.

Upon checkout you will be asked to log in to your account, or you may checkout as a guest.  On the checkout page you can enter a new address or select an address you have previously used.

After selecting your shipping method and payment information, click confirm to place your order.  You may then be redirected to the PayPal website if you are paying by PayPal.

Payment

We currently accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Payment for orders are charged upon placement of the order.  We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel any orders at our own discretion.

Shipping and Handling

We ship worldwide.  Delivery rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the products ordered.

All orders are sent using Australia Post usually within 2-3 days of receiving your order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.  We will endeavour to have your order fulfilled and dispatched as quickly as possible, however we offer no guarantees for shipping and delivery dates.  We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order leaves us.

Pre-order or backorder products will be dispatched immediately upon arrival.

You will be sent the tracking number for your order if it is trackable as soon as Australia Post has received your order from us.

In the event that your parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, an additional postage charge may be charged to resend your order.  Alternatively, you may request to have the order refunded.  The original delivery fee is not refundable.

International Orders

Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost; those costs will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery in certain countries and the payment of these are the sole responsibility of the mail recipient.  Consult your local customs office for more information about any applicable fees.

International orders typically arrive in 1-4 weeks.  However, occasionally orders may be delayed by customs and can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered.  If you have not received your order within 8 weeks, please contact us.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of the order dispatch date.  Simply contact us to request a return.  All items must be received in ‘as new’ condition – unwashed, unworn and unmodified in any way, including all tags attached and in its original packaging.

If you have received a faulty product, it may be replaced or refunded following evaluation from our Merchandise Team.  Simply contact us within 60 days of the order dispatch date to request a return.  Faulty products are defined as items received as damaged or which develop a manufacturing fault.  Items that are damaged through use or general wear and tear are not classified as faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse any return which does not adhere to the above conditions.

Once approved for return, we will credit the refund for the products returned via your original method of payment minus the delivery fees. Unless we have made a mistake with your order, return postage is at your own expense.

To return an item, please contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and complete return instructions.  Returns received without an RMA number may be refused at our discretion.

You must ensure that the products are returned to us within 30 days of the date we issue you with an RMA number.  Returns outside of this time frame may be refused at our discretion, or will only entitle you to a store credit.

All returns are the responsibility of the buyer until the parcel is received by us.  We recommend a tracked delivery service such as Registered Post or any equivalent service.  While we endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed by us after receipt.  Financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund before it is reflected in your account.

We are unable to provide a straight exchange.  If you would like to exchange one product for another, please reorder your desired product online.
