About

Where do the funds raised from sales go?

All of the funds from every purchase go straight into the organisation, helping us to continue doing what we do, including giving hope, running campaigns, connecting people to the help they deserve and investing directly into mental health research and treatment.

Cars For Hope Incorporated is a health promotion charity that has been endorsed as a deductible gift recipient. All of Cars For Hope’s members and contributors are volunteers.

Products and Payment

I’m not sure which size to order?

On most product pages there is specific sizing information provided. Sizes are listed based on the information provided by our suppliers.

We also provide detailed measurements for all of our products online. Measurements are taken by us as accurately as possible by lying the products flat.

When will you be restocking products?

Cars For Hope gear is popular, but products in our permanent range are restocked often. It will usually be approximately 1-2 weeks before they are back on the Cars For Hope Store.

How can I pay?

We currently accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Is it safe to use a credit card on your website?

Absolutely. We do everything we can to ensure every transaction is secure. All information provided to us is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

I don’t have a credit card?

You don’t need one! We also accept payment via PayPal, which can link directly to your bank account securely.

Do your prices include tax?

Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) is not payable for any goods or services delivered within Australia.

For our international customers, import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost; those costs will be collected by your local customs office upon delivery in certain countries. Consult your local customs office for more information about any applicable fees you may encounter.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary according to the size and weight of your order.  For an accurate estimate of your shipping costs add the items to your cart and click ‘Cart’ on the top menu bar.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary according to the destination of your order. Domestic orders delivered within Australia may take approximately 1-2 weeks after it has been dispatched from us here in Sydney, Australia. International orders typically take approximately 2-4 weeks.  However, occasionally orders may be delayed by customs. If you have not received your order within 8 weeks, please contact us.

When will my order be sent?

All orders are usually sent within 2-3 days of receiving your order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Why I haven’t received a tracking number?

Some orders of small items (stickers, for example) are sent via regular mail and are not trackable. But no worries, you’ll have your order soon!

What if my item is damaged when I receive it?

While it’s unlikely, sometimes things happen. If your order arrives damaged, just contact us and our Merchandise Team will be right with you!

I didn’t receive the correct order?

No problem! Please contact us and our Merchandise Team will sort it out straight away.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of dispatch of your order, and returns for faulty products within 60 days of dispatch of your order.  Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

I want to return a product, but I don’t have the original packaging?

All items should be returned in its original packaging, or it may be refused.

Change of mind returns must be returned in ‘as new’ condition – unwashed, unworn and unmodified in any way, including all tags attached.  Returns on faulty products must also include all original tags.

Can I exchange a product?

We are unable to provide a straight exchange.  If you would like to exchange one product for another, please reorder your desired product online.

From time to time, we attend car meets and other automotive events across Australia.  Look out for the big blue Cars For Hope tent, and there’s most likely stuff to buy underneath it!
